Our "Tour" itineraries offer luxury motorcycle trips of Italy.
The itineraries are designed for riders wanting to see some of Italy as well as ride our thoroughbred Ducati motorcycles. We ride at a slower pace than on our other trips and all itineraries include 'rest days' built in. The itineraries listed to the right offer differences in locations visited, trip duration and tour prices so there is something for everyone.
Remember we can customise all of our itineraries for riders wanting to join with their own bikes or people wanting longer or shorter trips.

We take having a good time seriously. Our fleet of motorbikes provide for hard edge performance and an exhilirating ride which is how we think it should be, but our tours are about more than just having fun on the road. Our 'local' touring area provides some of the most breathtakingly beautiful scenery in the world, cultural and architectural monuments that are an important part of the world's history, and food and drink that is hard to improve.
Moving away from our home area of Tuscany, Italy provides a mix of landscapes, topography, foods, artistic treasures and varying local populations that mean there will always be more to explore.
Ducati Tours helps you explore all these truly wonderful parts of Italy and we give the opportunity to enjoy the performance of Ducati motorcycles (including the Superbikes) while you explore (although obviously all riding must be safe and with consideration for other road users).

Italy offers many advantages for the motorcycle tourist:
● Compared to the much of northern Europe the density of population is lower so less traffic in the countryside.
● The weather during the long summer months is both warmer and drier (see graphs below).
● The majority of Italy is hilly and presents a multitude of winding roads to ride
● The people are very friendly, especially towards motorbikes!
● Everyone seems to be a follower of national icons such as Ducati
● There is always good food to eat
● There are always interesting places to see
● The general atmosphere is relaxed and easy going
